Congratulations to all the participants who successfully completed our latest Competency-Based Interview (CBI) Workshop!
Over the course of three engaging days, participants explored how to lead structured, insightful interviews that go beyond the surface to uncover real candidate potential. Through hands-on exercises and expert guidance, they developed the skills to make fair, objective, and confident hiring decisions rooted in proven competencies.
We’re proud of the dedication shown throughout the workshop and look forward to our upcoming CBI Workshop, taking place from July 9th to 11th.
